(This suggestion was the consensus from the players at the last game locally. Though we ended up actually playing 9 players as far west as possible.)
With the 1.x map, the Eastern Arabian Sea is drawn to extend past the tip of India. With the 2.x map, it ends before the tip of India.
I am suggesting that the Eastern Arabian Sea extend one more area to touch Anuradhapura (western Sri Lanka.)
The goal/idea is to make make the eastern coast of India slightly more vulnerable.
As it is, the only areas that can threaten the eastern coast of India (if you include clothmaking) are the western coast of India, up to Surashtra (only those areas that border the Eastern Arabian Sea.)
With this change, this would add areas that border the Gulf of Oman and the Western Arabian Sea. (The areas bordering the Western Indian Ocean would still be out of range.)
==> Without this change, I believe that the areas of eastern India would be too isolated. Of course, we could do more playtests
