Adjustments in the rulebook in general

I have seen some issues what can be changed in the rulebook. However I read them from rulebook 2.09, so I don't know whether this already is implemented in rulebook 2.10:

Chapter 24.22 wrote:
EXMAPLE: Africa must remove ten unit points because of Famine. It could remove two cities, ten tokens, or any combination thereof. If the African player decided to reduce a city, leaving two tokens in its place, it would count as three unit points."
As far as I know, Afrika isn't involved in the gamy anymore. Perhaps it could be changed into Carthage?

There must be added:
Chapter 22.56 wrote:
A player who holds Wonder of the World (29.511) may buy one card of a level higher than the number of cities he or she controls at no cost for that card. Each level higher than the number of cities he or she controls may be chosen for this card.


Since we changed from Trade Routes that the card must be exchanged for treasury tokens during the Special Abilities Phase, this should be implemented at the appropiate place.
Chapter 25.1 wrote:
Each player that is capable may now resolve any special abilities (conversion, annexation, destruction, etc) granted by any civilization card they own. These cards are:
• Diaspora (29.14)
• Fundamentalism (29.20)
• Monotheism (29.31)
• Politics (29.38)
• Provincial Empire (29.40)
• Trade Empire (29.47)
• Trade Routes (29.48)
• Universal Doctrine (29.49)
(There also was a typo in the word "resolves".)
