I don't have a name for it, but the basic idea is to take the Horde attack pattern (or Overflow from Revolution), and have a Civ card that allows you to do the same thing. If at the end of a battle (only), you still have more than the population limit, you can flow into (an) adjacent space(s). If people are still grumpy about Advanced Military, perhaps this could step in?

Personaly I have no problems with the current Advanced Military, but this does sound interesting!

I don't either. I would prefer it a seperate card, and maybe I'll put it into Mesoamerica when I get off my lazy butt again.

Wasn't there a series of cards once that messed with the size of the token/city pool? I've always considered the token pool in particular an interesting untapped tinker spot.
