Hi, I'm from Spain and I love Advanced Civilization. I was impressed when I saw this web. I have no friends who like the game so I can only play with the videogame. Have you ever considerated to make a videogame in flash for example? I was planning trying myself this summer

In case you do not know yet, just let you know that there is a PC version of the Avalon Hill's Ad. Civ. released in 1995 which can be downloaded for free from here (http://www.abandonia.com/games/es/359/A ... zation.htm)

It may be a good start for your project.

p.s. Have you checked http://sourceforge.net, they have lots of projects relating board games or maybe someone will like to develop the game with you there.
