I know what you're after, and thought I had it bookmarked too. I tried web searches and found nothing. If you come up with the right link, please let me know.
If memory serves, the author of the page you're after is 'Peet'. I don't know if that's a first or last name.
Good luck! -JL

I found this, which is labled as "Peet's Advanced Civilization Page" and am still looking it over for a map.

Ahhhh, finally found it!
Actually, I found Pete Smith, the creator of the map in question. He says his web site (the one listed above) doesn't have the link anymore, so he sent me the map and I put it here http://www.advcivladder.net/downloads.php with his permission.
Be sure to read the short description.

...On second thought, it looks a little ragged around the edges. Give me a little time to clean it up a little and I'll post it again.

Pete's web site is http://www.drpetrov.com/ - follow the Games link to his ACiv page. At this time, he hasn't updated the map on his page with the newer version at advcivladder.net.
Enjoy. -JL
