Sorry for this last "invasion" in your job, but...

I'm going to print out all the wonderful map, for my first playtest. The AST so sketched, integrated in the boardgame, could be a problem, if I wouldn't set down all the board.
I see the images of your playtests: there's a ST track table printed separetely from the rest of the map. Is there a file available anywhere, where I can find "only" the AST, like the old game? Have you considered this problem, while tracking the whole map?
Possibly, a similar "correction" may be applied for the trade cards slots, more comfortable away from the board...

Ah! Last question, I promise....
Any tips or suggestion for the print format?? I'm trying with an enormous amount of A4 sheet (laminated as usual), to set down maps with maximum flexibility. Is this the "offical way", or any other used better solutions?

To answer your last question you can go to a professional graphic service and print it in larger (A3 or larger) sheets.

The map is a PDF - you should be able to extract the AST and print it seperately without too much effort



I have printed the most recent version of the map on vinyl on a light-solvent wide format printer (this particular one is from Roland). I barter with someone locally to get the map printed, otherwise that would be a bit pricy. The advantage is that the map is reasonably durable and can be rolled up and will lay down flat. The solvent inks are durable to pieces of paper being rubbed across them - a problem I had with pigment inks on vinyl.

During LinCon we had it printed on three A1 papers, that was 95% of intended scale, but worked quite well anyway. The PDF format is wonderfull (easy to scale, and small).
