Rules for playing ACIV by email

I remember I played by email when I was a CSERVE user.
Standard ACIV, not PC version.
Anybody has the rules for it?

We currently have 2 active games, we have had as many as 4.
You should be able to find an rule set there for PBEM.
BTW, there is an old judge program for AdvCiv out there somewhere...
