 Slow time PBEM games Hi - do any of you play these rules using slow time PBEM rules - where the GM takes in all the orders and processes the turns?

i havent seen such a game..
i play a bunch of PBEM games regular adv.civ..
i am playing a expansion game but that one is with cyberboard..(much smoother)..
