New Cards - Input wanted

In the revamping of the credit system now is the time to add new Civs. I'm also keeping an eye on eventually allowing this to progress PAST the anceint era, so hence the high numbered cards. I'm now accepting descriptions of how the following advances will work ;)

Replacements will be considered (as in.. if you come up with something better than the advance listed). However when thinking up new things it's best to not stray into new mechanics. Keep it simple but elegant.

New Civ Cards:
32.041 Wonder of the World (Craft/Art – 280)
32.051 Monument (Craft/Religion – 180)
32.068 Basic Anatomy (Science – 280)
32.081 Written Record (Science/Civic – 60)
32.108 Cultural Ascendancy (Art – 280)
32.137 Public Works (Civic – 230)
32.138 Advanced Military (Civic – 260)
32.139 Provincial Empire (Civic – 270)
32.158 Diaspora (Religion – 260)

For those who I haven't been able to help as much lately or examine their ideas... my apologies. I'm just consumed with the simplified credit system of late.

Here is my idea for Diaspora:
You are allowed to move one or two tokens in a territory occupied by another nation, one if the other nation have only one token two if it have more than one. These tokens won't count as surplus until next turn remove surplus phase.

What do you think?

I posted a call for proposal on "The Goblin's Lair" an italian gaming forum.

Here are some ideas I've got.

WONDER OF THE WORLD:
Discount 10 on every civilization type.
You can't come back on the AST.

PUBLIC WORKS
You lose max 5 tokens because of Flood.

BASIC ANATOMY
Nullify Epidemic.
As symbol it could have the international medicine symbol: a snake around a sword.

ADVANCED MILITARY (no discounts)
Give precedence over Military.
Solo 12 barbari sono messi in gioco se sei la vittima primaria.
You only lose one city because of Piracy if you are the primary victim and you can't be secondary victim of Piracy.
Aggravates civil war e civil disorder.

As symbol a roman legion in military formation.

DIASPORA
With four tokens in a city territory of another culture you can form a second city on the same territory. You can have only one of this kind of cities.
These cities can be attacked as if it were one. If one falls also the second does.

Idea for Basic Anatomy: Don't make it nullify Epidemics. Even we today can't do that. Maybe make it allow a player to have pop. growth up to 3 tokens/area.

Check out the final draft...

BTW Though it might look like Anatomy might eliminate Epidemic Remember there are handy civs that make it worse: Roadbuilding and Trade Empire. In the future there will be more advances that make it worse as well.. (like say.. Advanced Urbanizaion)
