I believe the card military should not be made cheaper.

placing both 'military' and 'advanced military' in the 200+up range is a strange thing.

There has been discussion before to rename the cards to 'military strategy' and 'military tactics' because they're two different cards. the one is not an upgrade of the first.

I think that's a good option anyway.



nevertheless, we are trying tomake the civic-branch more interesting to buy, and raising prices don't do that.
