There has been some discussion lately about copyright.

I've been asking Jonno to take action but he hasn;t been responding lately so I have toput it somewhere. Let's put it here.



I've been creating new artwork for the calamities and advances for my very own game and later I've been asked whether these can be used for this project.

I made a gentleman's agreement with Jonno that my pictures can be used for free download, but whenever money is made by the project I want to have my part.

Some people think they can download stuff, print it and sell it.


I can not allow my drawings to be used for selling. All my work is copyrighted.
I do allow my work to be used for this project as free download just to print it and play with it.

I've asked Jonno to remove my work from this site and I wil be uploading it again with my name on all cards. I'm sorry but it's the only way I can make any claims on copyright.


Since it's not clear when or IF this project will be released or whether it will stay a free version for download and print it cannot allow people to sell parts with my work.

I cannot say anything bout other parts of this game like the mapboard, the tokens, the tradecards, the layout, the rulebook etc.


I will not make any claims for work like the lay-out or the new photo-realistic tradecards as this is my work I donate to the project and cannot be copyrighted. All I'm asking Jonno for is to mention my name
