Rule Book Error in v2.06

Minor error, easy to correct. In section 9.33 for a 12 to 15 player game, the rule book says to add Grain to the Western commodity set. This should be Wool, not grain. In section 9.34, Grain is added as a split commodity in a 16 to 18 player game.
