hey there, I'm new to these forums, but I just found out about this project the other day. I remember fondly playing Advanced Civ with about 6 or 7 of my buddies back when I was in the navy - we'd take over a training classroom aboard ship and play all day saturday...good times!
I like the look of the material that's been shown here - clearly a lot of effort has gone into a high production value. Great looking cards, maps, commodities, etc.
I also saw somewhere that someone is printing and laminating the card sets as a service? is this still heppening, does anyone know? I'm sure they could do a better job than I could, and I don't have a plotter to print out the new expanded map...!
Anyway, just thought I'd compliment the folks who are keeping this awesome game alive!
