New rules version: 2.07-fix1

As I found far to many incosistencies and minor errors in the 2.07 rulebook published by Velusion I made a quick re-release. (To be fair: about half of the errors was mine, I just hadn't had the time to proofread and doublecheck everything before he did the release).
Version 2.07-fix1 of rulebook, advances quickchart, credits quickchart and credit calculator should be availible for download now. Updated civcards should follow soonish (as in sometime this week). As usual I'd love some more proofreading, this time especially of the quickcharts.
The following is a breakdown of all major changes from 2.06.
Advanced Military doesn't affect Movement and Ship Building any longer
Mining allows purchases both from 6th stack for 13 treasury tokens and from 8th stack for 16 treasury tokens.
Diplomacy protects against attacks on cities. Cultural Ascendancy protects against attacks on all units. (attacks in both cases are defined as moving tokens to an area containing).
Diaspora and Universal Doctrine path tracing are now unrestricted over water
Theocracy now allows both primary and secondary victims of I&H to sacrifice two commodity cards instead of reducing cities. This replaces the option for the primary victim to completely nullify I&H.
Provincial Empire now requires the cards donated to have a face value of at least 2
Trade Routes now only work during Returning Excess Commodity Cards. See new §26.72 for details.
The extra token allowed by Public Works now grow during population expansion as normal.
New cost of Military (150 -> 170) New cost of Naval Warfare (180 -> 160)
Victory points for civcards is now 1 for cards with a face value less than 100, 2 for cards with face values of 100 or more, but less than 200, and 3 for cards with a face value of 200 or more.

Just updated the advances. Also did some minor (spelling and gramar mostly) fixes to the advances quickchart. Those should be in sync with each other now. I would honestly LOVE if someone did some proofreading on those, including to check that they are textually identical.

However, while new rule-tweaking is interesting, I'd like to ensure we don't introduce to many errors to the rules, and imho 2.07 didn't have enough proofreading etc. prior to release...

I have noticed a few inconsistencies as I worked on some PDF things.
First, on Commodities: The map and the commodity cards have different pluralizations from the rulebook: On the map and cards, Spice, Papyri, Gemstones, and Pearls are used, whereas in the rulebook, Spices, Papyrus, Gems, and Pearl are used. I would suggest having consistency in the pluralization of the items, and between the cards and the rulebook.
Second, the AST order: The AST order is consistent between the map and the rulebook; however, on the counters, the numbers listed are differently: Maurya has 12 instead of 9, Nubia has 9 instead of 12, Parthia has 11 instead of 17, and Kushan has 17 instead of 11.
Third, spelling errors: On the counters, Dravidia is spelled Dravida. In the rulebook, Kushan is spelled Kush.

My mistake, the map is consistent with the rulebook on the pluralization of the commodities, only the cards are different.

By earlier discussion we have decided that the correct names should be Spice, Papyri, Gemstones and Pearls. This is fixed in the commodities and 2.08 draft rules. I'll fix the 2.08 draft map soonish. (Drafts can be found at jon.severinsson.net/civproject). Already fixed in the drafts. FortyTwo42 wrote: Third, spelling errors: On the counters, Dravidia is spelled Dravida. In the rulebook, Kushan is spelled Kush.
Correct spellings are Dravidia and Kush. All inconsistencies are fixed in the drafts.

Since the drafts for new versions are not directly linked, where can I find those?

Does that answer your question?

I am working on making trade cards, and I noticed that Civil Disorder was misspelled as Civil Dissorder on both the East and West versions of the draft versions.

Thanks for noticing, will fix as soon as I get my Windows image to work again... The same goes for the map and civcards btw. Then I'll make sure everything is available and make a call for proofreading.
