I don't have a name for it, but the basic idea is to take the Horde attack pattern (or Overflow from Revolution), and have a Civ card that allows you to do the same thing. If at the end of a battle (only), you still have more than the population limit, you can flow into (an) adjacent space(s). If people are still grumpy about Advanced Military, perhaps this could step in? |

Personaly I have no problems with the current Advanced Military, but this does sound interesting! |

I don't either. I would prefer it a seperate card, and maybe I'll put it into Mesoamerica when I get off my lazy butt again. Wasn't there a series of cards once that messed with the size of the token/city pool? I've always considered the token pool in particular an interesting untapped tinker spot. |
